It’s no secret that Fort Collins is a great place to live but hard to afford.
The push and pull between creating more affordable housing and meeting the needs of existing neighborhoods came to the forefront this week during a meeting between the city, developers of a 140-unit condominium project north of Odell Brewing Co., and residents of one of Fort Collins’ oldest neighborhoods.
