All of the partners are long-standing pillars of our community. They each have their own roots within the Northern Colorado and Fort Collins community, and they each have the desire to preserve and honor the land and history of the built area through their development of the Tapestry Fort Collins community.
Hartford Homes
Hartford Homes has been in the business of enriching lives for more than 30 years. From the neighborhoods they develop to the homes they build; they aim for a higher standard. Hartford aims to create places that enrich people’s lives here in Northern Colorado. Hartford recognizes that each home they design, build, and sell is likely the biggest single investment of a homeowner’s life. Hartford realizes their homeowners spend every day in their homes and in their communities. Therefore, Hartford’s’ homes and communities are thoughtfully planned and built with enduring quality. They’ve been a cornerstone of Northern Colorado since 1988. Hartford Homes has developed more than 35 communities and built more than 4,000 homes.
Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity
Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing in the Fort Collins area and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating, and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Habitat for Humanity was founded on the conviction that every man, woman, and child should have a simple, durable place to live in dignity and safety, and that decent shelter in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all. All are welcome.
The Odell Family
As a family deeply rooted in Fort Collins, we have witnessed the city’s growth and the need for affordable housing options that foster inclusivity and support the diverse needs of its residents. The land holds the incredible potential for something meaningful and transformative. Our vision for this land, now known as Tapestry Fort Collins, is rooted in our commitment to community-building and creating spaces that foster connection.
Our contribution to the Tapestry Fort Collins project reflects our desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of Fort Collins residents. We envision a vibrant community where individuals and families of all backgrounds can find a home, forge connections, and thrive.
Through our partnership with Hartford Homes and Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity, we bring together expertise and dedication to make this vision a reality.
